A note on total cost: AppleSeed Academy’s $500 tuition covers the 40-hour training course only. To become a licensed Montana Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist (CBHPSS), the Montana Board of Behavioral Health separately charges applicants a licensing application fee and an annual renewal fee. Those fees are paid directly to the Board, not to AppleSeed Academy — contact us if you have questions about current Board fee amounts.
